19th Sunday of the Year CHURCH NOTICES                   Sunday 9th August 2026

1. Our Monday evening devotions continue as usual with Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament at 6.30pm. This is followed at 7pm by Rosary, Novena Prayers of the Miraculous Medal and Benediction.

2. Next Saturday,  the 15th of August,   is the feast of the Assumption of Our Lady and is a holyday. There will be an extra Mass at 11am on Saturday next.

3. The Dublin Diocesan Pilgrimage to Lourdes will take place from September 3rd – 8th and will be led by Archbishop Dermot Farrell.  Full details can be found on the poster at the back of the Church.   

4. The Church Gate Collection is for the local Conference of the St. Vincent de Paul.  We ask you to show your usual generosity.   

5. Thank you to all who contribute weekly to the Church Envelope Collection by way of Envelope or Standing Order to the Bank.  We appeal to every family in the Parish to lend their support to this most important collection.   If you follow our Mass on the webcam we appeal to your generosity to consider making a donation by using the Donate Button on the St Aengus Parish website. Thank you.
