5th Sunday of Lent / St Patricks Day CHURCH NOTICES                   Sunday 10th March 2024

1. Mass times for the feast of our National Apostle are the same as Sunday at 10am & 12noon. Mass on Bank Holiday Monday is at 11am followed by Rosary (no evening devotions).

2. Tuesday next is the feast of St Joseph & a day of special devotion.

3. The Vine Group Newsletter is available at the back with details of their Holy Week programme called “the Living Passion” including a Tallaght Seven Church Camino on Monday of \holy Week.

4. The Sacrament of Reconciliation will be celebrated with our First Communion children on Thursday next at 7.30pm. We pray for all the children and their families.

5. Next Sunday is Palm Sunday and is also Reconciliation Sunday here in St Aengus Church.  Visiting priests will be available to help with Confessions at the beginning of Mass.

6. The Tallaght Choral Society are presenting Handel’s “Messiah” in the Helix on Sunday 14th April at 7pm.  The concert is part of Jubilee 2024 – which is celebrating 800 years of the Dominican Order in Ireland.

7. The Now & Then Production company will present the musical “Joseph” in the Priory at 8pm next week Tues 19th till Friday the 22nd.

8. Thank you also to those who contribute weekly to the Church Envelope Collection by way of Envelope or Standing Order to the Bank.  We appeal to every family in the Parish to lend their support to this most important collection.  There is also the option of donating by using the DONATE button on the Parish Website.  If you follow our Mass on the webcam we appeal to your generosity to consider making a donation by using the Donate Button on our website. Thank you.

9. The Church Gate Collection is for the Church Refurbishment.  We ask you to show your usual generosity.
