Fifth Sunday of Eater CHURCH NOTICES Sunday 15th May 2022

1. Our Monday evening devotions continue as usual with Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament at 6.30pm, followed by Rosary, Novena Prayers and Benediction

2. Copies of the Easter Pastoral Letter from Archbishop Dermot Farrell entitled “Living the Hope of Easter” are still available at the back. This is the basic text for the Building Hope programme of Renewal being followed in the Dublin Diocese. Copies of the Building Hope prayer are also available at the back.

3. We congratulate all the 2nd class young people in Scoil Aengusa Junior & Scoil Iosa who celebrated their First Holy Communion here on Thursday & Friday last. Well done to all involved.

4. A Service of Light for those preparing for Confirmation will be held at 7.30pm on Tues night (for Sc Aonghusa Snr) & on Weds night (for Sc Iosa & St Roses’s pupils).

5. St Joseph’s School pupils will celebrate their 1st Holy Communion here on Thursday next at 12noon. Confirmaton for St Joseph’s will be here on Friday at 12noon.

6. We thank all families who have returned their Trocaire box. A final call for any outstanding boxes to be returned as soon as possible. Thank you.

7. We thank all who contribute weekly to the Church Envelope Collection by way of Envelope or Standing Order to the Bank. There is also the option of donating on line by using the DONATE button on the St Aengus Parish Website. If you follow our Mass on the webcam we appeal to your generosity to consider making a donation by using the Donate Button on the Parish Website. Thank you.

8. The Church Gate Collection is to help with the Church Refurbishment Fund.
