11th Sunday of the Year         CHURCH NOTICES           Sunday 17th June

1. Adoration after the 10am Mass on Monday throughout the day until Rosary, Benediction &  the Miraculous Medal devotion at 8pm. 

2. A  special Mass of Thanksgiving to mark Fr Ben’s 50th Anniversary of Ordination will take place here on next Thurs 21st June at 7.30pm. Light refreshments in Scoil Aengusa Jnr immediately after.        
                           
3. Tickets for the Pope’s Mass in the Phoenix Park will become available on-line on next Monday week the 25th June. We hope to facilitate a group going from St Aengus’s.  Please give your name in at the Sacristy or Parish Office if you want to be part of that group. However each person will have to book their own individual ticket on-line. The journey through the day for those attending will be long & will involve significant walks to and from the Mass. For your awareness, you will be required to walk from 4km up to 7km  to and from  the Mass in Phoenix Park. You are also likely to be standing for a long period of time. However, there are rest zones and food & drink stations along the way. More information as it comes to hand or check www.worldmeeting2018.ie 

4. A Retirement Mass for Ms Louise Cunningham, principal of Sc. Aonghusa Junior, will be held here on Thurs 28th June at 7.30pm.    All are invited to attend.
 
5. Garda Vetting – It is now a legal requirement that all people involved in ministry in our Church must be Garda Vetted. . For anyone who has received a Form or a Confirmation email  and requires any assistance whatsoever to complete it, please contact the Parish Office and we can arrange confidential help to complete the application. 

6. The Bohernabreena  Cemetery Mass will take place on this Sunday 17th June at 3.00pm 

7. The Parish Lotto draw was not won last week. Next week’s Jackpot will be €3,100.  Tickets available after Mass & from the usual sellers. 

8. The Church Gate Collection is the monthly collection is for The Church Refurbishment Fund.  Please show your usual generosity. Thank you.
